
We provide child counselling to children aged 5 and above. This is an age-appropriate and non-confrontational environment for children to express themselves, explore their thoughts and feelings, and develop coping skills.
Play-based counselling or play therapy involves using toys, games, and other age-appropriate creative techniques to help children communicate and process their emotions. It allows them to express themselves in a way that feels natural and enjoyable, rather than feeling intimidated or overwhelmed.
