Our counselling services

Play-Based Child Counselling

We provide child counselling to children aged 5 and above. This is an age-appropriate and non-confrontational environment for children to express themselves, explore their thoughts and feelings, and develop coping skills.


Play-based counselling or play therapy involves using toys, games, and other age-appropriate creative techniques to help children communicate and process their emotions. It allows them to express themselves in a way that feels natural and enjoyable, rather than feeling intimidated or overwhelmed.


Child counselling supports children in:

  • Trauma management and debriefing
  • Anxiety and stress management
  • Learning to healthily express emotions
  • Building social skills
  • Interpersonal relationship and boundary management
  • Developing coping strategies
  • Neurodiversity support

Child sessions are tailored to be as engaging, play-based, creative and fun as possible. Therapy should be something your child looks forward to and a space where they feel comfortable.


☺These services are only rendered face-to-face

☺Each child counselling session is 50 minutes long.

☺ Our counsellors assist at R620 per session and our educational psychologists assists at R1150 per session.

☺For children aged 6 and above.


NOTE: We do not render any counselling services to children whose parents are currently undergoing divorce proceedings and we do not conduct investigations into allegations of abuse.

Teenager Counselling

We prioritise fostering an approachacble and confidential space for teenagers to talk about their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Therapy can help teenagers deal with a range of issues, including: 

  • Neurodiversity-related support
  • Anxiety management
  • Low self-esteem
  • Interpersonal relationships and boundary management
  • Disability support
  • Academic pressure or stress management
  • Trauma-related support
  • Loss and bereavement
  • Identity, gender or sexuality support

  • Neurodiversity-affirming counseling for high-masking and late-diagnosed autistic teens


We pride ourserlves on being adaptable and adjusting sessions to fit your adolescent's interests, whether that is art, sport, crafting, entrepeneurship, music, gaming, or something else.


Our professionals utilise an eclectic approach, combining person-centered, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), somatic, and narrative modalities to deliver trauma-informed, holistic support based on what would be most helpful to YOU.

Counselling for Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD Children and Teenagers

 This service is tailored to each young person’s individual needs, strengths, sensory profile, communication style, and personal goals. We assist with:

  • emotional regulation and understanding feelings
  • anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
  • managing burnout and trauma
  • sensory challenges and daily coping strategies
  • social difficulties and relationship struggles
  • masking and unmasking
  • meltdowns, shutdowns, and fawning
  • identity, self-acceptance, and understanding neurodivergence
  • building practical tools for everyday life


Sessions are tailored to be as engaging as linked to your special interests as possible. Our professionals utilise an eclectic approach, combining person-centered, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), somatic, and narrative modalities to deliver trauma-informed, holistic support based on what would be most helpful to YOU.

PDA, Autism, & ADHD Parent Coaching

 We offer supportive coaching for parents of neurodivergent children and adolescents with a PDA profile, autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD diagnosis. Our practical process involves: 

  • understanding the PDA profile, autism, and ADHD and how neurodivergent brains work differently
  • reducing daily power struggles and conflict
  • understanding the link between PDA and trauma or stress reponses and the nervous system
  • responding to PDA in a healthy and helpful way
  • creating routines and discipline methods that actually work
  • managing meltdowns, shutdowns, and masking
  • adjusting communication styles to reduce conflict
  • navigating school, home, and community challenges
  • strengthening connection, trust, and co-regulation within the family


Our PDA-related process is grounded in Dr Casey Ehrlich's 5A Framework. We focus on understanding your child’s nervous system, reducing distress, and building connection-based, practical strategies for everyday life.

Adult Counselling

We provide virtual and in-person individual counseling services for adults  to explore emotions and overcome personal challenges. It can help you navigate a range of issues, including:

Speech & AAC Support for Non-speakers and Unreliable Speakers

 Our partners at the Communication Station provide robust Augmentative and Alternative Communication methods (AAC services) for children, teens, and families who need access to reliable, meaningful communication. Robust AAC support focuses on helping individuals develop functional, self-directed communication across daily environments using comprehensive communication systems, while also guiding families and support networks in how to model, support, and honour the person’s right to communicate.


Robust AAC services can assist with:

  • building access to reliable and meaningful communication
  • supporting non-speaking, minimally speaking, or unreliably speaking individuals
  • introducing and developing use of robust AAC systems
  • expanding communication beyond basic wants and needs
  • supporting language development through modelling and aided language input
  • helping families and caregivers feel confident using AAC at home
  • improving participation in school, therapy, and community settings
  • advocating for communication access, autonomy, and the right to be heard

Couples & Relationship Counselling

 A non-judgemental space where couples can work through challenges respectfully, strengthen connections, and create healthier ways of communicating. Our services are tailored to each relationship’s unique needs and can help partners more healthily navigate: 

  • communication difficulties
  • frequent conflict or recurring arguments
  • rebuilding trust after hurt, disconnection, or infedelity
  • emotional distance or feeling stuck
  • stress related to parenting or family life
